Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.

Do unused analyses roll over to the next month?

No. Your monthly subscription limit resets at the beginning of each calendar month. Unused analyses from your subscription don't carry over. However, if you purchase an analysis bundle (one-time purchase), those analyses do roll over until used.

What happens if I exceed my analysis limit?

You'll be notified when you're approaching your limit. You can purchase an analysis bundle (10, 25, or 50 analyses) as a one-time add-on, or upgrade your plan for better value if you consistently need more analyses. For example, a Professional plan gives you 50 analyses per month for $149 (just $2.98 per analysis) vs. buying bundles at $5.25 per analysis.

When does my monthly limit reset?

Your subscription limit resets on the first day of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll get your remaining trial analyses added to your new subscription limit for that month only. In subsequent months, you'll receive just your subscription plan's limit.
